Kortni Koncur – Administrative Assistant

Kortni Koncur joined the team in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing a vibrant energy and a rich background in cheerleading, coaching, and community service. Her journey reflects a deep passion for athletics and mentoring, shaped by her experience as both a receptionist and an instructor at The Talent Planet.

Kortni’s love for cheerleading began early, spanning 13 years of dedication. She honed her skills with Spirit Athletics Allstars and later on the Oak Hills High School Cheer Team, where her talent and enthusiasm shone. Driven by her ambition, she pursued her dream of trying out for the prestigious Navarro College Cheer Team in Texas and ultimately made the roster of the Orange Coast College Cheer Team, where she spent a memorable year further refining her craft.

As a natural progression from athlete to mentor, Kortni has spent the last 14 years coaching at The Talent Planet, where she instilled the values of teamwork, perseverance, and passion in the next generation of cheerleaders. Her coaching was inspired by the guidance she received, and she took pride in fostering both athletic and personal growth in her students.In addition to coaching, Kortni took on the role of Receptionist at The Talent Planet, expertly balancing administrative responsibilities with her dedication to developing young talent. Her multifaceted role allowed her to contribute to the organization’s success on multiple fronts.
