Sydney Najduch, BSN, RN, LNC is a dedicated registered nurse with over seven years of diverse clinical experience, including intensive care, rural home health, and correctional nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University and has built a well-rounded career defined by compassion, critical thinking, and calm leadership in high-pressure environments.

Sydney served as a charge nurse within the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, where she expertly led clinical teams and delivered care in a challenging correctional setting. Her ability to remain composed and lead effectively made her a trusted presence among both medical staff and custody. Her experience also includes time in the intensive care unit, where she refined her skills in acute, fast-paced environments, and in rural home health, where she provided personalized, high-touch care to underserved communities.

Sydney is known for bringing clarity to complex medical cases, leading with empathy, and advocating for patient-centered outcomes.

She’s had the joy of knowing Jenn for over 15 years—a cherished personal friendship that has grown into a beautiful collaboration built on trust, shared values, and a whole lot of heart. Today, Sydney brings all of this experience into her role as a Medical Legal Nurse Analyst, where she continues to support cases with integrity, insight, and care.
